Where can I view my sales receipt?
If ordering online, you should receive a copy of your receipt at time of payment.
Sales receipts are only issued once payment is made in full.

How can I return an item?
Refunds are only issued on items that have been damaged in transit.
No item may be returned without prior approval from Canadian Learning Supply, and items returned without approval are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
We are not a warehouse, so our stock is extremely limited.
We cannot guarantee items will be in stock.
Items can be discontinued by the manufacturer or vendor without notice.
Where can I ship my order?
Canadian Learning Supply does not accept returns without prior approval.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
