CLS works closely with our vendors to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Manufacturing is in short supply in Canada, so we import most items and facilitate the logistics with our vendors. We are not a store or warehouse, so we have a limited stock of items on site.

You can order directly from our website, email us with a list of your items, or give us a call. We love to hear from you!

We utilize two shipping methods:
• Large orders: Direct shipping from manufacturers
• Smaller orders: Repackaged and shipped from our location
Delivery times typically range from 10 – 14 business days, depending on your location and order size.

At present, items can take anywhere from 2 weeks to several months. This is factored on the size of the order, whether items are in stock – or need to be manufactured, and the location of the manufacturer. 

We will do our best to keep you informed as we move through the shipping process. We provide tracking numbers and updates as we receive them. 

Large furniture orders:

Yes, we do ship internationally, however:
• Additional broker fees and customs charges may apply
• Shipping costs are higher due to cross-border logistics
• Customer is responsible for import duties and taxes

CLS only accepts returns for items that are damaged. We reserve the right to replace damaged items. 

CLS does not hold any warranties. Warrantied items will be handled by the manufacturer. 

Returns must be approved by CLS and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Interest will be charged monthly at a rate of 5% on all overdue accounts.Â
