The delivery address is marked on our end as not having an elevated loading dock for delivery. Truck shipments have a standard delivery service of Tailgate Delivery. This means the truck driver will bring the shipment(s) to the back of their truck trailer. If you do not have an elevated loading dock, whoever is receiving the delivery(s) would be responsible to remove the item(s) from the back of the truck trailer and down to ground level. We do have some additional delivery services available if you do not have an elevated loading dock.Delivery Service Option 1: If you need the shipment(s) taken off the back of the truck and brought to ground level, we can add a Power Liftgate service. The fee for Power Liftgate service is $75 per truck shipment.Delivery Service Option 2: If you need the item(s) taken off the back of the truck to ground level and brought inside your facility doors, the fee for Power Liftgate with Inside Delivery service is $120 per truck shipment.Delivery Option 3: If you do have an elevated loading dock, or staff onsite that could lift these item(s) off of the truck tailgate down to ground level and brought inside your facility doors on their own, these additional services would not be needed.Message:Organization:
