CLS works closely with our vendors to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Manufacturing is in short supply in Canada, so we import most items and facilitate the logistics with our vendors. We are not a store or warehouse, so we have a limited stock of items on site.

You can order directly from our website, email us with a list of your items, or give us a call. We love to hear from you!

At present, items can take anywhere from 2 weeks to several months. This is factored on the size of the order, whether items are in stock – or need to be manufactured, location of manufacturer, and of course, shippers worldwide are working at maximum effort since the start of COVID 19. 

We do our best to keep you apprised as we move through the shipping process. Tracking numbers and updates are provided to you as we receive them. 

As shippers worldwide have suspended their delivery guarantee times, we cannot always be certain of delivery dates. 

CLS only accepts returns for items that are damaged. We reserve the right to replace damaged items. 

CLS does not hold any warranties. Warrantied items will be handled by the manufacturer. 

Returns must be approved by CLS and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
